Mainca's "MH" manual Hamburger and Meatball Moulder is a simple-to-use piece of equipment that can quickly produce tender, portion controlled hamburger patties or meatballs. The thickness can be easily adjusted from 1/4" to 1-1/2" thick. There are three hamburger diameters available (4", 4-3/4" & 5-1/8" dia.) and two meatball diameters (1" & 1-1/2" dia. ). The "MH" is a perfect machine for small production runs where speed of production and portion control accuracy is required or when producing multiple flavors of burgers or meatballs in small batches.
